Anthony Pacifico is an organisational consultant with extensive experience in helping employees in organisations perform at the highest levels. He has direct experience with pharmaceutical industry, telecom industry, financial services industry and power equipment and robotics industry. His international experience includes conducting sessions in Germany, Rome, Madrid, Bali, Vevey (Switzerland) and Mexico for participants throughout the world. Barb Taruscio is a senior consultant, executive coach, client relationship manager and facilitator for Wilson Learning Corporation. Ms. Taruscio has more than 20 years experience consulting with clients and developing and facilitating interventions to enhance employees’ performance. She has also worked one-on-one with executives, facilitating their process of setting and reaching personal and business goals, conducting strategy sessions and facilitating group learning via the physical, or virtual, classroom. She contributes to the design of customised client offerings, has carried out extensive tailoring of courses and has managed large-scale projects, the most significant being a two-year nationwide training curriculum for 5,000 salespeople and sales managers. Ms. Taruscio has served on the virtual learning team, helping to lead the design and delivery of best practises. She is highly sought after for her expertise.
Bob Lovler is responsible for all human resources practice, policies and procedures for Wilson Learning Worldwide including talent management, strategic workforce planning, executive coaching, employee selection and assessment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, organisational and employee training and development. Mr. Lovler is accountable for the development of Human Resource strategies which help Wilson Learning to attain its goals and objectives and that support its mission, vision and values.
Carl Eidson Ph. D., Vice President of Business Development, Wilson Learning Corporation. Dr. Eidson leads and coaches a virtual team of over 100 independent distributors stretching from Toronto to Buenos Aires. To influence and impact results remotely, he leverages innovative communication technologies and virtual leadership skills to create systems for sales-force development, marketing campaigns and client-centred promotional events. With a doctorate in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, he has co-authored articles on selecting top talent published in scholarly journals including Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Performance, International Journal of Selection and Assessment and Journal of Business and Psychology. Eidson is a frequent speaker on human performance improvement research and practices at professional conferences.
David Yesford, Senior Vice President of Wilson Learning Worldwide, has nearly 30 years of experience developing and implementing human performance improvement solutions around the world. He brings valuable experience, strategic direction, and global perspective to his work with clients. Mr. Yesford is an active member of the Wilson Learning Global Executive Board, with current responsibility at a global level. Over the years, he has held strategic roles in our core content areas of Sales and Leadership, as well as e-learning and Strategic Consulting. He has also held managing director positions in both China and India. Mr. Yesford is the contributing author of several books, including Win-Win Selling, Versatile Selling, The Social Styles Handbook, and The Sales Training Book 2. He has also been published in numerous business publications throughout the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Mr. Yesford frequently speaks at international conferences and summits, focusing on issues such as sales and sales strategy, leadership, employee and customer engagement, brand, and strategy implementation.
Ed Emde, President of Wilson Learning Corporation, is responsible for overall business strategy and operations in the Americas. Ed’s tenure at Wilson Learning Corporation includes serving as Executive Vice President where he was responsible for sales, marketing, and learning services operations for Wilson Learning Americas. Earlier in his Wilson Learning career, Ed managed business development and implementation services for key client relationships in the Midwest United States.
Ed has 25 years of experience working directly with senior level executives in linking human resources development, organisational development, training, and education initiatives to strategic imperatives and business outcomes. He has held executive and leadership positions with a number of leading training and organisational development companies, including Ninth House and serving as President and CEO of Blessing White. He has managed several successful turnarounds, as well as the acquisition, merger, and integration of several businesses. Ed is published in numerous print and on-line business publications, including CLO Magazine and Training Magazine.
Ed Tittel was a Senior Performance Consultant with over 25 years experience in human performance improvement. He was experienced in instructional design and program development for traditional face-to-face and distance learning. Abilities and interests included accelerated learning processes, cultural adaptations and the visual / usage design of developmental materials.
Frank started his career in a family owned fashion-retailing business, where he managed a chain of thirteen stores. When the business was sold to a large international company, Frank joined South Africa’s largest retail chain. While working for the group he held Senior Management positions in Manufacturing and Fashion Merchandising Divisions, before being appointed as the group’s Merchandising and Marketing Manager, responsible for the development of staff across 500 stores in South Africa. After a successful career in retailing, Frank spent 8 years’ in the Life Insurance Industry in a General Management position, with responsibility for the recruitment and development of a work force of over three thousand people.
For the past 16 years’ Frank, in his capacity as Managing Director of Wilson Learning SA, has consulted with major global companies and a wide range of South African organisations in numerous industry fields. He has facilitated programs and workshops in 37 countries. Frank specialises in linking human performance improvement to organisational strategies.
Hazel commenced with Wilson Learning in 1996 and has progressed with the company to the role of Managing Director AU/NZ in this time. Prior to joining Wilson Learning, Hazel worked in management and marketing roles including the role of Managing Director for a company in the licensed product industry. Hazel has undertaken studies in adult education and graduate studies in career management. She is currently studying for an Masters of Business in Management.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Hazel spends time working with large client organisations, both at a local and regional level. With a background in strategic account management, in-depth consulting, curriculum design, workplace assessment, facilitation, coaching and career counselling, Hazel is well placed to drive the AU/NZ team to deliver above and beyond our clients expectations.
Jane Maringka was part of the Wilson Learning Global Solution Management Team responsible for working alongside Fortune 500/100 companies to develop process and procedural improvements and learning solutions in accordance with needs and statistical analysis. She is a Certified HR Professional by the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI).
K.C. Blonski is Vice President, Business Development for Wilson Learning Corporation. His responsibilities include developing new markets for Wilson Learning’s offerings, as well as supporting the North American Sales Team in the analysis, development, and implementation of strategies that focus on customer experience. K.C.’s work in developing new markets combines his passions for customer-centric marketing, organizational development, and customer experience. He has worked closely with organizations such as Wells Fargo Bank, Saks Fifth Avenue, AIG, Tiffany & Co., MGM Resorts, AAA, Coach, Alliance Data, and Walmart, among others. Prior to his role at Wilson Learning, K.C. was Senior Director of New Business Partnerships for a global training and organizational development company. He also served as Director of Retail Client Services for GE Capital where he was a charter member of GE’s Six Sigma team and a graduate of GE’s Corporate University.
K.C. holds degrees in Marketing and Organizational Development and is an accomplished speaker and recognized thought leader in the fields of customer experience, sales effectiveness, and leadership development. He has presented at numerous national and global conferences, including the National Retail Federation Conference, Asia Retail Conference, Global Gaming Conference, and Food Marketing Institute Future Connect Conference. He has been published and quoted in many media outlets, including USA Today, The Washington Post, CNBC, The New York Times, and Reuters. K.C. is an active member of the National Retail Federation (NRF), American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA), and a past board member of Food Marketing Institute (FMI) and Make-A-Wish® Foundation.
Ken Valla, Regional Vice President of Sales, Wilson Learning Corporation, is responsible for driving sales strategies to increase revenue, profitability and market share in North America. With over 15 years of experience in sales and sales management, Mr. Valla has consistently produced results exceeding annual objectives. Mr. Valla specialises in the complex sale that encompasses multiple buyers at various levels, often in global accounts and typically requiring executive involvement. His experience allows him to help his clients go to market more strategically and address their unique requirements. As an experienced sales executive, he understands what is required for salespeople to succeed in today's highly complex environment.
Keven Martin & Eugenio Grandi
Roy Calvert, Brian Durkin, Eugenio Grandi and Kevin Martin came together in 1985 as founding partners of Quarto. Quarto is an organisation development and training consultancy that helps client organisations operate more effectively in times of increasing complexity and rapid change.
Leon has been a marketing specialist at Wilson Learning since 2010. In a B2B market, he creates marketing campaigns aimed at expanding existing business via: E-mail marketing; Social Media; Brand Development; Trade Shows; Collateral and sales presentations.
Before that, he spent many years at HomeStyles marketing home plans.
Michael Leimbach, Ph.D., is Vice President of Global Research and Development for Wilson Learning Worldwide. Dr. Leimbach provides leadership for researching and designing Wilson Learning’s diagnostic, learning, and performance improvement capabilities. He has managed major research studies in sales, leadership, and organisational effectiveness, and developed Wilson Learning’s learning transfer, impact evaluation, and return on investment models. Dr. Leimbach has consulted for a wide variety of global client organisations, serves on the ISO Technical committee for development of ISO Technical Committee on Quality Standards for Learning Service Providers, and is Editor-in-Chief for Advances in Developing Human Resources. Dr. Leimbach has authored six books, published over 100 professional articles, and is a frequent speaker at national and global conferences.
Nancy Frevert, Masters International Management, is the Director of Solution Development for Wilson Learning Worldwide. For over 15 years, Ms. Frevert has provided leadership for solution creation of both client programs and Wilson Learning brand offerings. She has managed and contributed to a wide variety of global client development initiatives. She leads the development efforts in sales, leadership and individual effectiveness offerings at Wilson Learning. Ms. Frevert has been critical to the development of Wilson Learning’s approach to learning transfer.
Peter Bailey is responsible for the design and development of customised projects and programs for clients. Training projects include the design and development of participant and leader guides for sales, customer service, leadership and personal effectiveness programs. He is currently focusing on designing and facilitating cross-cultural communication strategies for leveraging a global mindset as a key element in organisations achieving their worldwide business objectives. He has travelled and worked in over 30 countries in Asia, Africa and Europe.
Peter created and developed Wilson Learning's Lighthouse Coaching program, equipping managers with relational tools to deliver concise and compassionate on-the-spot or long-term coaching for attitudinal and behavioural change. He co-designed and developed "Winning with Customers," a four part Web-based series for Hewlett-Packard, and master-trained internal client trainers in four global regions.

Dr. Scott Wesley brings 20 years of consulting experience in designing and implementing complex assessment and testing solutions with domestic and international clients. He has extensive background in test development, competency modelling and job analysis, multi-rater assessments, training needs analysis, customer and employee engagement surveys, interviews, assessment centres, training evaluation, feedback systems and coaching. In addition to his expertise, Dr. Wesley is a detail-oriented project manager with a superior work ethic, and has achieved high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and growth in his career. In addition, he has distinguished himself among his peers with several company awards for innovation, initiative, outstanding contribution and teamwork.
For over 5 years Shane has consulted with a wide range of businesses to provide people and performance development solutions, with a strong focus on developing leadership and sales effectiveness. Shane is driven to deliver sustainable outcomes in high priority areas for his customers and their business. It is this customer-centric intent, combined with a proven ability to attain results, that has seen Shane become a "valued member of the team" for many of the organisations he works with.
Previously Shane has held sales leadership responsibilities, and managed local and global client relationships across a broad spectrum of industries. Shane holds a commerce degree from the University of Wollongong, majoring in human resources.
Stephan is Managing Director of Wilson Learning UAE in Dubai. Prior to Wilson Learning, Stephan worked in large multinational companies in the fields of Marketing and Training and helped successfully globalise in European and African/Middle Eastern markets. As a senior in-house trainer, Stephan has worked with sales people and management carrying out performance and skills assessments to determine the individual training needs of the organisation. Stephan has conducted numerous training programs across various industries over the past 10 years’ in over 20 countries around the world. His speciality lies in the area of sales and leadership effectiveness and he’s currently working on his accreditation as Dubai’s first “Certified Performance Technologist (CPT)” by the International Society for Performance Improvement. Stephan is also a Master Instructor Trainer.
Tom Roth is Chief Operating Officer for Wilson Learning Worldwide. He is responsible for the strategic direction and business performance of Wilson Learning Worldwide operations and leads the global marketing services and R&D solutions group. He also served as President of Wilson Learning Americas. He assists global executive leadership teams with issues related to employee engagement, leadership development, strategy alignment and business transformation.
Mr. Roth has spent over 35 years developing and implementing human performance improvement solutions. He is co-author of the book Creating the High-Performance Team and is published in numerous business publications. Mr. Roth is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and client events. He speaks on a variety of issues, including leadership, employee and customer engagement, change and strategy implementation.
Wendy Mack served as Director of Consulting Services for Wilson Learning Corporation. Wendy led the team that is responsible for diagnosing client needs and designing comprehensive solutions that result in sustained behaviour change and performance improvement. Wendy’s work blended her expertise in learning and development with her extensive knowledge of human performance technology, change management, and communication. She was a popular speaker at national conferences and client events and has coauthored three books on the topics of learning, leadership and change.
