Building Collaboration

Many leaders believe they are responsible for all that gets accomplished and adopt a heroic management style. However, with the speed and complexity of business today, no one person can have all the answers. Leaders need to re-think their role as leaders and focus on developing team members, collaborating to create innovative approaches and adapting to changing needs. This collaboration is required to ensure successful implementation of strategy to achieve business objectives.
