Richard Chappell is a Practitioner in Change Management and has an eye for creating high performing sales organisations. His current responsibilities include achievement of quality metrics and championing a 'customer first' culture within the business. Richard began his career as a graduate trainee at GSK and went on to grow Learning Tree International (EMEA) to a £40M turnover business. Before that, he served in the British Army for 5 years.

Tom Roth, Chief Storyteller of Wilson Learning Worldwide, is responsible for strategic direction and business performance. He has more than 35 years of experience developing and implementing human performance improvement solutions and has written numerous books and articles on the subject. As a frequent speaker at international conferences and client events, Tom is a lively and entertaining speaker adept at keeping his audience engaged.
