During lunch we will explore a couple of key Strategies that Maximise the Value of L&D within organisations:

1. How do L&D professionals become ‘Trusted Advisors’ and earn the right to behave as internal consultants, engaging in multiple conversations, at higher levels of management, and earlier in the formation of strategy and tactics?
2. We will look at a new method of accelerating the learning and transfer of skills; the Flip and Drip approach to Leadership Development. New leadership skills are easy to learn, but hard to apply. Leadership behaviour does not change because leaders have learned new skills. Leaders need time, mindful reflection, and practice to form new leadership habits.

Our speaker for the event

Tom Roth, Chief Operating Officer of Wilson Learning Worldwide, has more than 35 years’ experience of developing and implementing human performance improvement solutions. He is co-author of the book ‘Creating the High-Performance Team’ and is published in numerous business publications.
