Richard began his career as a graduate trainee at GSK and went on to grow Learning Tree International (EMEA) to a £40M turnover business. Before that, he served in the British Army for 5 years.

He has more than 35 years of experience developing and implementing human performance improvement solutions and has written numerous books and articles on the subject.
