Senior Vice President of Wilson Learning Worldwide and renowned public speaker in the field of Learning and Development, David Yesford, will be joining the Wilson Learning Poland team to deliver a session ‘A Learning Transfer Approach that Drives Sustainable Results.’ The session will provide HR professionals attending the conference with a perspective on how to eliminate learning transfer complications and leverage employee performance.

Vice President of Wilson Learning Poland, Katarzyna Mitrut comments on the event, “Our customers continuously ask for our advice on how solutions can be incorporated for sustained learning. They want to know how we can prove that learning is still worthwhile and effective, and most importantly how to ensure that what is learnt, is implemented and used in the workplace. So when the conference organisers approached us with the opportunity to openly discuss these matters, we decided to ‘spread the word’ about our learning transfer approach and share the knowledge that there are companies successfully using it.” Mitrut continues, “The HR Solutions conference is an excellent forum because the participants – HR professionals – are very much interested in proving that training and development can bring economic results for organisations”.
