Wilson Learning Achieves CPD Accreditation
Sydney, Australia - March 13, 2018 - Wilson Learning Australia is pleased to announce that The Consultative Adviser and The Counsellor Salesperson program has been accredited for Continuing Professional Development(CPD) by the Financial Planning Association of Australia(FPA).
The Counsellor Salesperson program uses a four-step consultative selling process that helps salespeople transition from simply making transactions to solving real business problems. The program helps participants adopt a counsellor mindset¬-a mindset that builds profitable, long-term customer relationships.
The Consultative Adviser is specifically customised to the finance industry. It introduces a problem-solving mindset and presents an effective process for consulting with both internal and external clients. It helps financial advisers and planners become comfortable in their role as consultants. They achieve greater alignment and commitment with clients by using a win-win problem-solving approach.
Implemented as a flexible and integrated solution, these programs enable a consistent customer experience for sales and finance professionals, effective coaching and performance management with a variety of tools, and overall increased performance. These two Wilson Learning programs offer eighteen hours of Continuing Professional Development Credit upon completion.
