Shozo Mori, CEO and Chairman of Wilson Learning Worldwide Inc., is responsible for investor relations and providing overall strategic direction to Wilson Learning’s global organisation, while upholding the company’s mission to provide solutions that inspire, develop and transform organisations around the world. Mori San has been an intricate part of Wilson Learning Worldwide for more than 30 years, having served as President, CEO and Chairman. His background and experience has been instrumental in Wilson Learning Worldwide’s growth and development.
Tom Roth, Chief Operating Officer

Tom Roth, Chief Operating Officer of Wilson Learning Worldwide, is responsible for the strategic direction and business performance of Wilson Learning Worldwide operations. Tom is also responsible for leading the global marketing services and R&D solutions group, assisting the global executive leadership teams with issues related to employee engagement, leadership development, strategy alignment and business transformation. Prior to his current role, Tom served as President of Wilson Learning Americas.
Tom has more than 35 years of experience developing and implementing human performance improvement solutions. He is co-author of the book Creating the High-Performance Team and is published in numerous business publications. As a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and client events, Tom presents on a wide variety of issues, including leadership, employee and customer engagement, change and strategy implementation.
Richard Chappell, Managing Director
Wilson Learning Europa
Richard Chappell, Managing Director of Wilson Learning EMEA is responsible for overall business strategy and operations within Europe, Middle East & Africa. He leads an internal team as well as managing the Authorised Distributor network throughout the region. Richard has more than 20 years’ experience in leading customer centric sales teams within the Learning and Development space and is passionate about creating high performing sales organisations.
Life before Wilson Learning included managing the Technical training company, Learning Tree International’s EMEA operation including responsibility for the partner businesses. Prior to this, Richard served in the military for 5 years and started his commercial career as a graduate trainee within the pharmaceutical industry (GSK) culminating in him running the UK’s South East Region.
Lionel Goh, Managing Director
Wilson Learning China
Lionel Goh, Managing Director of Wilson Learning Greater China is responsible for strategy development and execution across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Lionel has more than 20 years of international management experience and has lived and worked in the United States, China and Singapore. He brings with him functional experience in business development, sales and marketing management and general management across industries such as pharmaceuticals, fast moving consumer goods, marketing services and management consulting.
Prior to joining Wilson Learning, Lionel has served in leading corporations such as IMS Health, Capelle Consulting, Diethelm Keller Siber Hegner, Schering-Plough Corporation, Nestle and Kerry Group with increasing responsibilities. As a consultant, he has worked with the global healthcare companies (prescription, over-the-counter, consumer health, vaccines), luxury brands, fast moving consumer goods and manufacturing. Lionel is passionate in developing people and is also a certified Executive Coach.
David Yesford, Senior Vice President
Wilson Learning Worldwide
David Yesford, Senior Vice President of Wilson Learning Worldwide, has nearly 30 years of experience developing and implementing human performance improvement solutions around the world. He brings valuable experience, strategic direction, and global perspective to his work with clients. Mr. Yesford is an active member of the Wilson Learning Global Executive Board, with current responsibility at a global level. Over the years, he has held strategic roles in our core content areas of Sales and Leadership, as well as e-learning and Strategic Consulting. He has also held managing director positions in both China and India. Mr. Yesford is the contributing author of several books, including Win-Win Selling, Versatile Selling, The Social Styles Handbook, and The Sales Training Book 2. He has also been published in numerous business publications throughout the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Mr. Yesford frequently speaks at international conferences and summits, focusing on issues such as sales and sales strategy, leadership, employee and customer engagement, brand, and strategy implementation.
