Tom Roth, Chief Operating Officer

Tom Roth, Chief Operating Officer of Wilson Learning Worldwide, is responsible for the strategic direction and business performance of Wilson Learning Worldwide operations. Tom is also responsible for leading the global marketing services and R&D solutions group, assisting the global executive leadership teams with issues related to employee engagement, leadership development, strategy alignment, and business transformation. Prior to his current role, Tom served as President of Wilson Learning Americas.
Tom has more than 35 years of experience developing and implementing human performance improvement solutions. He is coauthor of the book Creating the High-Performance Team and is published in numerous business publications. As a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and client events, Tom presents on a wide variety of issues, including leadership, employee and customer engagement, change, and strategy implementation.
Hazel Stewart, Managing Director

Hazel Stewart, Managing Director of Wilson Learning Australia/New Zealand, holds strategic and operational responsibilities for the Australia/New Zealand region, leading an internal team and managing indirect relationships, partnerships, and alliances. Based in Melbourne, Australia, Hazel has worked with Wilson Learning for 15 years and brings a values-based approach to leadership, reflective of the company's beliefs and philosophies.
Hazel's experience includes sponsorship of regional and global implementations, strategic account management, consulting, curriculum design, workplace assessment, facilitation, coaching, and career counseling. Her past experience has equipped her to lead the Australia/New Zealand team to deliver above and beyond clients' expectations. Hazel has made regular contributions to a leading Sydney university business school, serving as a guest lecturer on change management and leadership themes.
Daniel Kong, Managing Director

Daniel Kong, Managing Director of Wilson Learning China, is responsible for overall business strategies and operations in the Greater China region, with presence in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong.
Daniel has more than 25 years of working experience with multi-national companies across various industries and his experience spanned across roles in regional sales and business development, subsequently converged on providing business leadership and management in China and S.E Asia. Prior to Wilson Learning, Daniel has been a facilitator and coach for over 5 years, committed to developing leadership competencies through personalised learning journey, facilitating change management processes and conducting performance coaching.
Such unique background and experience enabled Daniel to develop insight into client’s developmental needs and formulate tailored solutions to meet them.
Vivek Chandramohan, Managing Director

Vivek Chandramohan, Managing Director of Wilson Learning India, is responsible for overall strategy and operations across India. In this role, he regularly meets with business leaders to provide sales, consulting, and leadership development guidance. Vivek has been an integral part of Wilson Learning for nearly six years, having served as the Wilson Learning India Sales Manager and a program facilitator and consultant.
Vivek has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of information technology (IT), information technology enabled service (ITES), sales, and sales management, including tenures at IBM India, e-Serve International Ltd., Dell International Services Ltd., and HCL Technologies. Through his industry involvement, Vivek has gained extensive knowledge and experience in sales and consulting, customer service, process transition management, global solutions, and leadership development.
Chayasiri Vijjayarak, Managing Director
Wilson Learning Thailand
Before joining Siam Wilson Learning ( Thailand) in 1994, Chayasiri obtained her bachelor degree in social welfare and human development.
In early years of her career, Chayasiri had served her clients in the position of Direct Marketing Strategic Account Manager in top advertising agencies as Leo Burnett and Ogilvy & Mather. This field experience reinforces Chayasiri, with strong passion in R&D, marketing services and communication, to work later with Siam Wilson Learning in strategic account management, consulting, and coaching well with her master degree in communication arts.
Further her career path with Siam Wilson Learning as the Account Manager and facilitator, she also gains entrepreneur’s perspectives from her boutique hotel found in Bangkok in 2007. The hotel becomes the awards winner in thematic, content, culture and creativity.
Chayasiri has contributed as the guest lecturer for organisations and universities, and also translates participant guides for SWLs and writes for top international publishers. She works as the business books editor for Thai publishers in Thailand stock market as well.
With the 25 years experience and business owner’s point-of-views, in 2017 she rejoins Siam Wilson Learning now to lead her team , in strategic management and operation, to focus on the challenges in the clients’ scenarios and insights to provide the variety of Wilson Learning solutions, tools , applications and systems to accelerate its clients’s HR performance toward the desired goals with WLW networking throughout the regions.
David Yesford, Senior Vice President

David Yesford, Senior Vice President of Wilson Learning Worldwide, has nearly 30 years of experience developing and implementing human performance improvement solutions around the world. He brings valuable experience, strategic direction, and global perspective to his work with clients. Mr. Yesford is an active member of the Wilson Learning Global Executive Board, with current responsibility at a global level. Over the years, he has held strategic roles in our core content areas of Sales and Leadership, as well as e-learning and Strategic Consulting. He has also held managing director positions in both China and India. Mr. Yesford is the contributing author of several books, including Win-Win Selling, Versatile Selling, The Social Styles Handbook, and The Sales Training Book 2. He has also been published in numerous business publications throughout the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Mr. Yesford frequently speaks at international conferences and summits, focusing on issues such as sales and sales strategy, leadership, employee and customer engagement, brand, and strategy implementation.
