A founding member of Wilson Learning Middle East, Frank is injecting his more than 30 years of business and management experience into the organization. Frank is also the Managing Director for Wilson Learning South Africa and provides strategic support and direction to the Middle East operations of Wilson Learning.

Joan (PhD., MSc., MA.(Hons)) has experience in teaching and curriculum development. Joan is a British Psychological Society Chartered Psychologist and has used her extensive expertise in providing psychological support to both teams and individuals to develop a professional approach to sales and consulting, marketing, communications and learning & development across a range of government, corporate, consumer, health education and sporting projects. As a certified Wilson learning facilitator and consultant, Joan thrives on working with individuals and organisations to identify gaps in performance in order to develop and deliver programmes which enhance and improve performance and productivity.
